Dear God
August 31, 2007It’s been in the high eighties Fahrenheight here, so I’ve had the fans running nonstop. This creates too much white noise to record decent-sounding dialogue, so I’m going to try and get some more animation done instead.

I animated the opening credits last night, and they are lookin’ pretty dang spiffy. They at least look better than the last three versions I animated.
Today marks the beginning of a week of recording sessions. I sat down for an hour today and got through the sound recording and editing of a few pages. Tomorrow I hope to get up to at least page fifteen. Wish me luck!
We’ve moved to WordPress from Blogger, because I like WordPress more.
I decided to actually do something for the movie today, so I sat down for a little while and recorded a few minutes of dialogue for the movie. I’ve gotten to a kinda tricky part with a lot of sound effects that I’ll be tackling momentarily and then I can get on to finishing and recording a song that’s going into the movie.
Not much is getting done, since I’m busy with other things. I’ll get some work done soon, though, I swear.
I’ve made a teaser with a second and a half of actual footage! See it here!
Jordan Miller (the voice of Jim) came over and we got Jim’s lines for the movie recorded on my awesome new microphone. Hoorah!
