Unsatisfactory Answers for Obnoxious Questions:

Q. When is the got-dang movie comin’ out, y’all?
A. The movie will be available in November, 2008.

Q. How can I buy it upon release?
A. It will be available via PayPal for sure, and we may also set up a P.O. box as well for you to send your orders and moneycash into. The DVD will be sent to you via standard mail, being manhandled by postal workers and over-intrusive mailmen all along the way.

Q. How much will it cost?
A. We think $15, plus shipping. So about $17 in total.

Q. Do people that had cameo roles in the movie get discounts?
A. No, just people that played a major part in making the movie possible.

Q. When can I expect a full trailer for the movie?
A. Sometime in late April to mid-May.

Q. Will there be Red State Banjo episodes after the movie?
A. Definitely. Not very many, but there will be some.

Q. Will you continue to release Red State Banjo episodes during production of the movie?
A. Yes, but not as regularly.

Q. Will you ever finish this?
A. Yes. Honest to God. Although I’m an atheist, so that doesn’t mean much coming from me. But, no, seriously, I will finish this.

Q. What programs are you making this movie in?
A. Amadeus Pro and Audacity will be used for the majority of the audio recording, and GarageBand for putting together the audio soundtracks for some scenes (like when dialogue relies heavily on musical cues). Music is done is Finale and GarageBand. For the animation, we’ll be using Adobe Flash to animate different parts of the movie, with some 3D stuff done in Swift3D here and there.
